My mission is to play a crucial role in helping my clients improve their health and happiness, and through that process, create a ripple effect that transforms our social circles.
A primary concept of my coaching is “bio-individuality”, which means that no one diet works for everyone. Each and every person has unique needs. My schooling has taught me how to integrate multiple dietary theories into my individualized coaching. My goal is to bridge the gap between nutrition and personal growth and development through a concert called “primary food”. Healthy relationships, regular physical activity, fulfilling careers, and a spiritual/habitual practice feed your soul and satisfy your hunger for living. When primary food is balanced, the fun, the excitement, the love, and passion of your daily life nourish you on a deeper level than the food you eat.
My coaching style is holistic in that I treat the whole person in regards to health and wellness. While good dietary nutrition helps build the foundation for wellness, it’s not the only pillar. A core principle is that nutrition extends far beyond food – nutrition comprises all things that nourish the body.

Get clarity on initial steps you can take to establish daily healthy rituals. This is a 55-minute phone or zoom call to connect and talk about your lifestyle, food & nutrition. We will discuss how to crowd out under nourishing foods with vibrant, nutrient-dense foods.
12 PACK 45-MINUTE SESSIONS | $1,500

This is where you see and feel true results because we are working as a team for 3 months! In these twelve 45-minute sessions we’ll do a deep dive into your health history, daily rituals, chronobiology, movement, stress levels, personal human design and ayurvedic dosha, career, relationships, and supplement use. Our team of certified health coaches will help you identify your main health concerns, then design a personalized health assessment & maintenance plan. After the 12 sessions are complete, I’ll give you a long-term plan for continued guidance.
4 PACK 45-MINUTE SESSIONS | $550

Our main goal will be to provide daily support and accountability with weekly 45 min phone call check-ins based on our initial goal setting session. This is a great way to get a feel for health coaching with me. After completing your first month you will have the option to extend for 2 more months! Ideally clients commit to working for 3 months knowing that it takes this amount of time to begin living, feeling and looking their best!

You will receive a completely personalized program designed by me. You’ll also receive in-app messaging capabilities, be able to upload videos for me to review, and get coaching cues and advice on a once-a-week basis.
This plan is for those who do well with accountability and motivation from a coach and also for those who have special considerations - training for a certification, a complex injury history, pre/post-natal, training for sport, etc. The minimum commitment to work with me is 3 months, though typically clients will stay on much longer. I am ready to meet your needs both now and as they evolve.
