I give you the tools that empower you to be in the driver’s seat of your own health, to turn your thoughts into things, and dreams into reality. My mission is to play a crucial role in helping my clients improve their health and happiness, and through that process, create a ripple effect that transforms our social circles.
A primary concept of my coaching is “bio-individuality”, which means that no one diet works for everyone. Each and every person has unique needs. My schooling has taught me how to integrate multiple dietary theories into my individualized coaching. My goal is to bridge the gap between nutrition and personal growth and development through a concert called “primary food”. Healthy relationships, regular physical activity, fulfilling careers, and a spiritual/habitual practice feed your soul and satisfy your hunger for living. When primary food is balanced, the fun, the excitement, the love, and passion of your daily life nourish you on a deeper level than the food you eat.
My coaching style is holistic in that I treat the whole person in regards to health and wellness. While good dietary nutrition helps build the foundation for wellness, it’s not the only pillar. A core principle is that nutrition extends far beyond food – nutrition comprises all things that nourish the body.
