7 min breakfast bowl
When you are short on time this is one of my go to breakfast options!
INGREDIENTS
@naturespathorganic Qia gluten free oatmeal
1/2 cup @pacificfoods Hemp Milk
Organic Berry Medley
1/2 Organic Banana
Coconut flakes
1 TBS Coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook oats in microwave with 1/2 cup Hemp Milk and dash of cinnamon. Transfer oats to bowl and stir in 1 TBS coconut oil and top with your favorite mixture of berries, 1/2 banana sliced, coconut flakes!
