Now that summer is officially here, we know that your plans are in full swing - but I believe balance is the key to holistic success. This doesn't mean dropping your trips and BBQs, of course, but simply making sure you also take the time to keep you and your health the priority.

Think of the Summer Reset Group as your accountability team!

What will we discuss?

In our weekly support meeting, we will share ways on how to:

  • Track your intake and measure progress with true metrics to get real results

  • Establish an easy Food Prep routine + Physical Activity goals. We will talk about how to crowd out the culprits (processed foods, sugars, etc) with whole foods, healthy fats, protein and limited carbs and how to optimize your fitness!

  • Optimize and manage your sleep

  • Decrease stress- how this affects us and how we manage it

  • Navigate Eating out and on vacation

  • Manage and change our mindset around our cravings and alcohol

What will I learn?

  • How to establish a successful morning routine that is the foundation of any successful day

  • How to make healthy lifestyle habits become second nature

  • How to eat for your hormones

  • Rock meal prep to save time and relieve stress

  • How to Pre-plan and navigate social situations, vacations, alcohol, holidays etc.

  • Ways to decrease stress, hunger and cravings

  • How to target belly fat and reduce inflammation

  • Strategies on how to Increase energy

What kind of support can I expect?

The best support will be provided because you’ll be doing this with a group of like-minded women, motivated to feel their best, internally and externally! Coach Molly and Jess will be leading our weekly calls. And Molly will be available in between meetings for quick check-ins and to answer questions and provide you with the motivation and support you need to stay on track! In our weekly group meetings we will:

  • Recommit to ourselves and our personal value statements

  • Share our weekly wins, struggles, what we're learning, what we're listening/reading and how we're going to approach our habits week by week.

  • Manage our expectations

  • Commit to making small, incremental improvements

On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. The goal is to embrace the long, slow walk to greatness and focus on putting in our reps.
